Privacy Policy
CalcTimer ("the site") explains here what information it handles and how.
1. What is collected
There is no sign-up or login, and the site does not ask you for your name, email address or phone number. The following is generated automatically when you visit.
- IP address, browser and device information, visit time, pages viewed, referring page
- Advertising identifiers and usage patterns stored in cookies
IP addresses and cookie identifiers are treated as personal data, since they can identify an individual when combined with other information.
2. Purpose
Traffic analysis, service improvement and ad delivery. Nothing else.
3. Retention
Access logs are kept for the period required by applicable law and then deleted. Google Analytics retention follows Google's own policy. Cookies remain until you delete them or change your browser settings.
4. Cookies and third-party services
- Google Analytics â counts visits and measures how pages are used. You can opt out with the browser add-on.
- Google AdSense â serves ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on prior visits. Opt out at Google Ad Settings or aboutads.info.
You can block cookies in your browser. Ads will then be non-personalised, and the tools themselves continue to work normally without cookies.
5. Data that stays on your device
Favourites, the large-text setting, your to-do list and reaction-time records are stored only in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to the site's server. The operator cannot read them and they do not sync between devices. Clearing your browsing data removes them.
Files you open in the PDF and image tools, and values you type into calculators, are also processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded.
6. Sharing
Your information is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. The services listed in section 4 process data under their own policies.
7. Your rights
You may refuse collection through your browser settings or the opt-out links in section 4. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you also have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact the address below to exercise these rights.
